DEENA ANA is a first-generation Iraqi-Assyrian-American writer, artist & advocate. Her work is rooted in the intersections of anti-patriarchal subversivity, humanism, feminine wisdom, mysticism, eco-social justice & health equity. Deena is based in the Bay Area’s unceded Ohlone ancestral lands while pursuing an MFA in creative writing and composing her first work of poetry alongside her familiar cats.
